This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of Customers using the online store available at WWW.MAFAL.EU

2. Your personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, tax identification number, company registration number, company name, address) within the scope provided by you to the controller will be processed solely for the following purposes:
- To fulfill orders placed in the online store, perform the sales contract, and ship orders (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
- Processing complaints or withdrawals from the contract (based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
- Responding to and answering your correspondence or for the purpose of forwarding correspondence to you by the administrator in matters related to the administrator’s business activity, as well as for the purpose of archiving correspondence, which is the legitimate interest of the administrator (based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- Establishing and pursuing claims or defending against claims (based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
3. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country; it will be stored for the duration of the controller’s legitimate interest, personal data provided when concluding a sales contract will be stored for the duration of the contract until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under warranty and guarantee; will not be profiled and the controller will not make automated decisions based on the personal data provided.
4. You have the right to request the controller at any time: access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, objection to processing and transfer of personal data, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data by the controller, i.e. to the president of the personal data protection office, if the processing of your personal data by the controller violates the provisions of the law on personal data protection.
5. Providing personal data to the controller is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract for the sale of products, as well as for their shipment, responding to and answering your correspondence addressed to the controller or for the controller to send correspondence to you. Failure to provide personal data necessary to conclude a sales contract will result in the refusal to conclude a sales contract.
6. Your data may also be accessed by the controller’s subcontractors, including processors, e.g. accounting, legal, IT, transport, courier, postal service providers, companies processing payments via electronic payment systems.
